I made an appointment weeks in advance for my bridesmaids to pick out their dresses. When we arrived, the lady kept talking about how she had other appointments scheduled at the same time as us. She immediately walked us to the dresses and started asking my girls what sizes they wore and wouldn't let them look. Then she barley helped us and I had to zip up my girls while running trying to get different sizes for them. She also wasn't going to help me try on my dress. I had to ask her to.. Needless to say, it was very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this David's bridal. I do recommend the one in Chattanooga, TN.

The first experience I had with my wedding dress started out rocky, I was nervous, I don't like people starring at me and I am not comfortable with strangers. I had to share a consultant(which was fine) and we didn't start actually trying dresses on till 30-40 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. But after a pep talk from my sister, I myself buckled down and found a dress. The woman who performs alterations was a delight, very helpful but not bossy or touchy. So it ended on a really good note. With that being said I was not hesitant to book another appointment for my bridesmaids, but I had already booked online so my worry was gone. The bridesmaids appointment was crazy. We get there, and it was just a hot mess. I was prepared for it to be a little chaotic but I wasn't prepared for this. I brought 6 of my bridesmaids with me because they are all different body shapes and at the bridal appointment they told me "you can bring as many as you like just remember seating is limited" So I decided to just have them tag along and try on for their shape and go from there. Well the rooms they had booked for us had my name on a little door holder and someone just took it off and put it in the floor and the consultant had to wait for more rooms. Well while she tried to figure out what the heck was going on, another consultant had to find us rooms, which was not her job, and I felt bad that this craziness was being caused. So I was just trying to be polite and make sure everything was ok. I don't like unnecessary conflict especially over something so trivial but you could tell on their faces it had been a bad day, which took away from the moment I wanted to have with my friends. But I sucked it up because I try to be understanding of others. Well as we waited another consultant was trying to maneuver her way through the crowded area and asked me to move(which was fine) and I was trying to move as people came back and forth and she looks at another consultant and asks for a decoy name badge because "people think I am a customer" it was just an ugly tone. To make it worse, I had picked out a dress online and it didn't come in the size one of my friends needed, so another friend tried it. As she was walking by the consultant that was supposed to be there with me helping them with dresses and walking me through things was standing there with another and mutters under breath "trying to outshine the bride" at that point I was over the consultation. I worked with children for years, and know how chaotic things can be when things are busy but when you are offering a service to some one "it is bridal season" isn't an excuse to have an attitude or not do your job, especially seeing that your store is called David's BRIDAL. My mother did say something to the owner because apparently more happened with that particular consultant than I was aware of and though I didn't want her to because we got what we needed, she became very disrespectful and after seeing how the consultant was huffing and puffing after the owner had already dealt with her says a lot about their choice of employees. My girls found beautiful dresses, and we salvaged our night, but I wouldn't suggest going to this store during "bridal season". The owner and people at the front were so delightful and easy to deal with. It was the overbooked and tired consultants who need to reevaluate tone, attitude, and what should and shouldn't come out of their mouth. I do have to go back for alterations and 2 more bridesmaids dresses but we won't be returning to that particular one. The stars are for the alterations, and courteous front desk people. Management has their work cut out for them that is for sure.

My daughter got her gorgeous wedding gown here in 2005. My step daughter bought her wedding dress here in 2008. My niece bought her wedding dress at this store in 2012. They were wonderful each time. Wonderful about alternations, service, and very helpful with shoes, the veils, and all accessories. I give them a 5 star rating. My grandson's fiance is getting her dress there today, along with all the bridesmaids. Thank you David's Bridal's for being very professional and helpful. We will certainly be back since we have a very large family!

Not professional. The worst davids bridal I have been to. None of the consultants were helpful. You do not get the great bridal experience there.

This is the WORST place if you want personalized service. They acted like I was a nuisance from the time I walked through the door. I waited 35 minutes ALONE in the dressing room and they never even brought the first dress to me. The only time they offered to bring me a dress was when I was walking out the door. The manager didn't even offer an apology. WORST BRIDAL SHOP EVER!

love it!!

I've been for prom dresses and wasn't pleased with selection. My wedding is 5/12 and started looking at david's back in 6/11. I've been quite a few times, (each with an appt) I did buy my dress there and the consultant even cried with my mom after "I said yes to the dress"! I also got my invitations from here and was very pleased with the service and quality. I advise U make an appointment and don't go on the weekends! It's pretty hectic then!!

I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. The employees are very rude and unhelpful. They walk around in circles as if they were helping others and aren't actually doing anything. The employees seem like they dont want to at work.

This store is awful. The employees are condescending, rude, argumentative, and not helpful. I had not been here in a few years, but was in two weddings this year where the bridesmaid dresses were from this store. The first wedding, they messed up the dress order and tried to blame it on the bride. When the bride went to look at dresses, the salesgirl would not bring the dresses the bride specifically wanted to try on, but what dresses she thought the bride should be looking at. The manager had to get involved. Next wedding, the sales people were supposed to call when the bridesmaid dresses came in. They didn't. Then, the sales person argued with us saying that she had called, when indeed no one had ever called. The quality of their dresses is cheap as well, and I will never shop or recommend this store EVER. If they could just admit their mistakes and work to fixing the issue and not argue, shift blame or point fingers, maybe I'd change my mind.
