I found my new tire place!! After a frustrating experience at another company in town, I did some research and found that TireDiscounters is a top-notch company with an incredible reputation for first-rate customer service! Well, I can certainly attest to that! I made an online appointment, received a text and phone call to confirm the location/date/time for the appointment, and was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in the door! They were extra careful with my Tesla Model S, and resolved my issue in a very timely manner. I am so happy with the service I received at tire discounters, I will be bringing my Audi SQ5 here as well for tire and/or brake issues… I could not be happier and recommend them wholeheartedly! Meet not only the General Manager of this location Ryan Yager but his boss Calab Brown (Regional Manager) as well.
