BUSINESS IS NOT INSURED.
Took 2 suits totaling $4500 to be cleaned. The owner did not lock back door suits and other items were stolen. Owner did not call the police. I found this out 3 days after robbery. I told the owner he should have called the police. Owner acknowledged and took responsibility for his neglect. Owner came to a agreement for a payment plan. I arrived for first payment he did not pay. I asked if he had made a police report. Owner said he did. I did get the police report number and called police department to verify. Owner made report 13 days after robbery and 1 day before our payment agreement. This BUSINESS IS NOT INSURED. THEY WANT TO MAKE EXCUSES FOR THERE MISTAKES. I would have never taken such expensive items if I knew they were not insured.
