Very nice salespeople but, we've purchased two recliners from them and both have lasted about 6 months. I always try to give a place a second chance but I will not be going back here! Both chairs were over $600 so they weren't cheap ones!

As a single mom of 2, I really appreciate this store and the owners help. I came into the store on a budget and he worked with me to get the dining set I really wanted. He was friendly and really cared about my needs. Most stores I went to, I would have had to wait a week or more for delivery, but with American Factory Direct Furniture I am so excited this set is getting delivered to my apartment SAME DAY TODAY!!!!!!Couldn't be happier. I hope its alright with the store, I attached a picture of my new set. Need a living room set next and will definitely be back!

I bought a mattress here about a month ago and was amazed at their prices. I got a Queen Pillow Top set for only 299 and I love it. Me ad my wife loved the quality service we received her and will be life long customers. They had great prices on living room and dining room as well, but we weren't ready for those yet. They even had appliances like the LG washers and dryers for discounted prices. Hope everyone gets a chance to save here.

This place is GREAT! I have horrible credit and was able to get approved to take home my sectional the same day. They had a lot to choose from on the showroom floor and also through special catalogs that I can order from. The owner was great and super friendly. I feel like more than just a number at this store. My wife was so happy also we will definitely be back!!!!!!!!Thank you so much and for those of you looking for furniture Look no further, this is the best!

Bought a love seat for a great price, the staff are super nice and ARE NOT pushy. They are honest and tell you everything up front. A great place to shop for Quality items. I received my item the same day.
