service/food both 5/5. The servers for myself and others around me were impeccable. The manager even came down to the floor to chat for awhile. I frequent the Cracker Barrel but this was the best one I've ever been to.

I have been to this restaurant about 5 times. I have received poor service and food on two occassions. The last time the food took over an hour to come, it was cold, and the meat was tough. The food was good the other three visits and service was excellent.
