I bought a laptop here and it has been great I'm not very good at laptops and they were very understanding every time I had a question I'd run up there and they were all very nice nobody said "old lady will you leave us alone or anything like that" lol !!! Excellent service!!!

I got a great deal on a laptop for my son. Used but better than original with updated software and hardware. It was half the cost of one at one of the "retail" stores in town. I browsed, asked questions, and played for 30-40 minutes with no one hassling me. I'd recommend the shop to anyone needing their services.

I have been doing business with 10th Street Computer for over 6 years. I bought my first desktop computer from them and have been a loyal customer ever since. These guys are honest, fast, and professional. I have also referred others and they have not been disappointed. Their prices are more than reasonable and they stand behind their work.

This company is the worst! They sell junk products and are not willing to give your money back. We have had nothing but problems! We are very unhappy and are out 140 bucks!!!!

I brought in a laptop to be upgraded, which was done quite quickly while I waited. David was very helpful, listened to my description of difficulties with a couple of programs. He and another technician not only added memory at a most reasonable price, he reinstalled my operating system and added drivers that resolved problems and made the system operate faster. From my observation, and a considerable experience buying and repairing computers for over 25 years, 10th street is competent at repairs and provides the best prices in town.

I went in and bought a computer from Tony, I love it, I have not had any problems at all. Great guy, great merchandise, reasonable prices.

I am grateful for the help I recieved from Tony. He has more than competitive pricing, helped me understand what was happening...and even let me buy my own part for the repair. Now, most importantly....the part I purchased elsewhere was defective. Tony only billed me $20 bucks for 1 hour of work, since I gave him a bad replacement part, he wanted to help me recover some from the loss. So, when I get a functioning replacement screen, I WILL GO BACK TO 10TH ST COMPUTER without a doubt. Any haters on the reviews must not have gone other places for comp. repair like I and my company have. This guys is honest and fair with pricing. How many places offer that type of business ethics? Not enough, i'm afraid. So, Props to Tony & crew at 10th St. Computer. Good people!

I got a computer for $99. I love it. I had questions and was able to ask them and get them answered. I'm going back for a laptop I'll let you all know how it goes.
