I brought my favorite Ann Taylor party dress to get cleaned here about a week ago. Today I finally got around to taking it out of the plastic and I found that they had safety-pinned the dress to the hanger through the delicare fabric leaving GAPING HOLDES due to the weight of the dress. When I took the pins out to hang the dress up properly I notice that one of the straps had been not only TORN off the dress but also MANGLED badly and half of it was missing!!! Look like it ripped off and got caught in a machine or something. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that they didn't even bother letting me know when I came and picked up my dry cleaning and paid full price for them to RUIN my dress!
