Had the best experience in my 10 yrs of trying to find someone to touch my palfinger lift gate and if I do find someone half decent I’m on a 2-4 week wait.
I needed my liftgate fixed immediately and I told my company to cancel my appts because there was no way it could be done same day. These guys were prompt, professional and on top of everything! The guy at the front desk got on the phone immediately to find someone to get on the job, sorry I can’t recall his name and he was awesome, but he was relieved by Gary, once everything was set up.
I’m not a real trucker by trade so I don’t really know where to go to get certain things fixed, but I will never go any other place to have my liftgate worked on and possibly more if they provide the service I’m in need of.
