      They released my clothes to a total stranger who didnt have my ticket!!!

      The workers barely speak English. They are rude & unprofessional. No one was helpful at all or willing to do what was best to make me satisfied as a customer. I am a female and a total stranger (who is a male) just came in and "described the items" and they released ALL of my clothes to him, without verifying any information at all!!!!
