First staffing looked okay...there were approx 10 associates behind the counter and it took us about 5-8 minutes before someone even took our order. Then I find out they are out of 75% of their sauces....that's part of the reason I even go to KFC. After that I quick wash my hands and then there's not even soap in the dispenser!!! Overall very poor experience at this particular KFC...may need to look into better management at that location.
Incredibly rude staff, absolutely horrible experience. Need to learn basic rules of how to be polite.
Not one time has this place got my order right... I made up my mind to never go to KFC ever again because of this KFC. They should be ashamed they can't put chicken and 2 sides in a box.
Every now and then I get a Kentucky Fried Chicken craving. This one is close to where I live and maybe it is a good thing that the service is unbelievable bad or I'd be indulging in my craving more. The staff at this location don't seem to understand some basic rules of customer service. Namely, that when you open at 11:00 a.m., you are ready to take orders. I have consistently had to wait at least ten minutes after 11:00 a.m. because they are still getting their cash drawers ready, etc. And when they are fully open, let's say into the afternoon, the service doesn't get any better. It is agonizingly slow. You couldn't call this KFC on Highway 1 in Iowa City "fast food" because it isn't. When I do get my food it is good but I have more than once walked out because the wait and service was so poor. The same with drive-thru. I don't think I've been to a KFC before that had service this terrible. It is amazing anyone patronizes this location.
