This company did not stop billing our credit card when we told them to. We live 1000 miles away and I thought they automatically billed us and would credit us back when we told them. We told them in March to cut the lawn one more time. They billed us in early April for that last time and we closed on that house in May. At the end on MAy they billed us $120 which I realized in June. I've filed a BBB complaint and dispute with my bank but it's my word against theirs. We've paid them a lot of money for long-term lawn care and that was fine. They made a mistake and billed us 1 1/2 months after we said stop whether they accidentally went and cut the new people's lawn or never cut it. They weren't authorized to charge me after April. They got away with stealing money from me since they had my credit card and there's nothing I can do. Just be careful if you give them credit card or find a company that keeps better records and cares about their customers.
