Several problems with this company. They have a courteus staff at the office. When my car was total loss (which I don't think it needed to be) the adjuster was nice but the person who handled the total loss part of my claim was rude. I was not satisfied with the results. I do not recommend it but if you don't have a license, well this is a good place to go...you have no choice
