Not the great company it once was. Very disappointed of late. How hard is it to register, if I'm not here do not do the service. Also, weeds where there hasn't been weeds and woods roaches in the house, not sick as in past years, but alive and well. They went corporate and screwed their seasoned employees, what can you expect in return, sub-standard service.

Avoid this company

Do not enter into a contract with this company, even if you own your home. I've had to calm then out several times a month to control the pests that they were supposed to kill. The servicemen are great, but the service is crap. Plus when it was time for me to move, I couldn't cancel the service even though I could no longer use the service where I was moving to. They didn't try to help me in any way and expected me to pay out the rest of the year in one lump sum. No customer service at ask, just wanted my money. Wow!

This is the worse company in the world. I would give money to Enron before I gave another dime to Bugout. They will take a year's worth of pest control fees and act like they are treating your house and lawn, when in actuality, nothing is done. You will still have bugs and be stuck in a two year contract. I called an expressed my distaste for Bugout. Jenna (the supervisor at the Jacksonville Beach location) did nothing except take my credit card number and did not apologize for anything. I cannot wait for my contract to be over! DO NOT do business with this company! You will regret it $1300.00 later.

DON"T enter into a contract with these people. The contract has no way out. It's worded so you will always be under contract and have an outragous cancellation fee. They will not discuss it with you and send it directly to collections to be reported on your credit. They DO NOT CARE. All we wanted to do is cancel our service and ended up in collection owing 4 times what our bill was. And guess what, WE STILL HAVE BUGS!!!!!! They didn't do anything for us except Rip Us Off!

Great Service!

I'm not always the one that sees 'that bug the size of a Buick' in the bedroom, but when I make the call to BugOut, they are sure to send a tech out to our home to do a quick service. BugOut isn't the type of service that you maybe will see every other month. They will come out whenever you need them, no questions asked. THAT is customer service you don't get with 'the other guys!'
