Very nice and respectable if you have a problem they will do there best to fix it and they are very good at redoing your clothes and taking care of your spots and stains.

I want to commend City Wide Cleaners customer service for going above and beyond. My husband had a week long business trip out of town so we took all of his pants and dress shirts in to be cleaned on a Thursday. My plan was to pick them up on Saturday since he was leaving on Sunday. About 10:30 p.m. just as I was falling asleep I realized that I had forgotten to pick up the cleaning. I jumped out of bed and called the number on the receipt to see if by any chance they were open on Sunday (they are not). Fortunately for me the business phone line is transferred to a cell phone after hours. They were very understanding and agreed to have someone meet me or deliver the clothing to me on Sunday before he had to leave town. My husband is 6 foot 5 inches tall and finding clothing in department stores off the rack is very difficult. I really appreciate their assistance.

I DO not recommend this cleaners. I had a new dress cleaned there. The cleaners destroyed the dress and refused any compensation for the dress blaming poor dye as the cause. I am not willing to risk this happening again. I will be taking my business to another dry cleaners.
