They told me they were going to be at my house at 8 am for a move out clean. They never showed. When I called the woman told me I had the wrong cleaning company because I wasn’t scheduled anywhere. I found the pamphlet they left me with the quote I received and tried to call back. Now I only get their voicemail. I scheduled this cleaning to occur just before my move out inspection so now I’m screwed because they didn’t actually put me in the book after I agreed to the quote. Very unhappy!

We hired Attention to Detail for our move out clean. They quoted us $430 for the carpet shampoo and full move out clean. I should have known better based on the price. They sent 2 ladies to clean our 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house. When I went to look at the house after they were "done" I was livid! The windows and walls were not even touched! I used crayons dry erase crayon to mark where I would hang my pictures when we moved in, I never wiped it off and they didn't wipe it off either. I literally took my dry finger and could wipe it off the walls! They stole the trash can, soap dispenser and toothbrush set that goes with the house! When I complained the lady told me that they had previously said anything in the house would be put in the trash can, but the bathroom set wasn't in the trash can! They also took packing paper and tape that was in the garage, again not thrown away but taken from the property without my permission! They are supposed to come to the house to spot clean the walls tomorrow, but this was all supposed to be done by 3pm today. If you hire them beware, I would never let these people in my house again if I hadn't already paid them! They have NO attention to detail and they are thieves.

Not consistent in cleaning. I kept trying to give them a chance but got tired and changed company. Too much money to not have consistent cleaning.
