We hired this company to do some fairly simple things -change 3 light switches and a GFI from beige to white; remove and old bathroom fan and light, install a new fan/light combo unit; install a vanity light; and move an outlet from near the floor and slide it up 4' so it was behind the tv we have mounted on the wall. John Star told us it should be 2-3hrs. Dave showed up at 1200. And told us at 1515 he was just abt finish. As time goes on I start asking how it's going... He says the bottom outlet doesn't work and he doesn't know why. I said what bottom outlet? It was supposed to be moved so it shouldn't be there any more. He said "I assumed you still wanted it so I just added another one. Then he takes down my fan again - even tho they are on different breakers. As I am writing this it is 1703 and he is still here! So now I gotta pay for at least an hour and a half or work for something that should have never been an issue to begin with... Because the "problem" outlet should have been removed. He just keeps muttering that only took 10 or 15 mins! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Oh - and now my whole house smells like a year old locker room!
