Very professional place Dr Griffin when she was attached to onslow primary was very professional and my wife and daughter enjoyed having her as our doctor. We have since tracted her down to continue our care with her. On a personal note to the comment made by Kenneth C. Looking at the date of this post if that's when he went wow Dr Griffin must have long arms because she was gone before June 2016 I was going to schedule my yearly physical with her and found she was no longer there. So I dont see how Kenneth got locked in. Plus grammar is atrocious. On a professional note again the staff also were always professional yes the wait might be long to get taken back but that's because this is one of the best facilities here and everyone is trying to get in to be seen

This place is bad for your health. Doctor Griffin told me she would be back with my results, then she left an locked the doors and I was stuck in a empty building for hours. She doesnt refill my Nexium prescription for my acid reflux. And the women that work at the front desk don't care about anything bit their lunch break and when it's time to go home. Very unprofessional doctors office. I wouldn't trust them with my life. I recommend going somewhere else were there are not amatures.

Every time I've been here the wait in a hr plus. One or two times I can understand but 3-4 times is just ridiculous.

We have 4 family members seeing Dr Ellis and we are all satisfied! It takes time for everything and everyone has to have patience even the patients! Thank you Doc for an outstanding job and yes, I would recommend others to you!!

Going to this place they want to electronically submit your prescriptions , 6 different times it was never done. The office staff is completely rude . They over charged my credit card last year and it took getting onto them when the check to reimburse me was 2 weeks late . Now they told me I'm dismissed as a patient for being rude to them because I changed an appointment on them today. Really that's rude? They were looking for an excuse to drop me and that's ok because ill gladly go anywhere else.

I started seeing Dr. Melissa Erin griffin on jan.2,2013. On feb.12i called the office to make sure that my appt. on feb.27th was going to be enough time for dr. Griffin to complete some paperwork for a physical evaluation worksheet that I needed for my disability hearing on march 14. I was told that would be enough time. On march 5th I was told that the paperwork was not ready. On march 12th I was told that the paperwork was still not ready and that I needed to sign a release for them to fax it to my attorney. I became upset and told the office manager that I was speaking to that was not what I was told at the time. As I was trying to talk she kept cutting me off and talking over me so as I was hanging up the phone I said "damn,I can't even talk without being interrupted". After about ten minutes I called them back and told them that I was on my way up there to sign the paperwork but I was going to call my attorney to let her know that the paperwork still wasn't ready so that she could handle it legally. When I got up there to sign the paperwork,so I thought, they handed me my physical worksheets. That was on march 12,3013. I went to have surgery on march 19, so I asked my wife to call them for me and to check on my meds. When she came to the room where I was prep. For surgery she told me that they said that they were dropping me as a patient because I was rude to the front staff. Woww. Just because I had to push them to do their job I was rude. Not to mention they called in a prescription to rite aid for the wrong script but I was able to overlook that mistake on their part. When I first saw dr. Griffin on Jan 2, she refilled an old script that I was off of for a year all gabapinti. Now in jan. I was told to take one capsule three times a day for seven days and then increase to two capsules three times a day so that it could build up in my system. On February 27, Dr.griffin said she was going to change the script to three capsules three times a day but her staff called it in for the old script. After I picked my script up from rite aid drove out of drive thru and looked down at my bottle it said the something as January so I pulled around the building and went inside. The pharmacist said that they couldn't change it because that was the script. When I called dr.griffins office they said they can't change it because I accepted the bottle and with Medicaid they can't rewrite the same script.

Dr. Playford is such an amazing doctor. I first met him when he did the free sports physicals for the Onslow County Schools. My son recently injured himself while playing football. I made a phone call to his office and his receptionist was able to work me in that very same day. Upon, arriving I made Cathy aware of our situation, and she explained everything to Dr. Playford and he treated my son with no questions asked. He made us feel like we were long time friends, and we were very comfortable with him. He talked to us on a level that we could understand. Sometimes Doctors talk above you, and he talked to us. My Father in Law has frequent joint pain in his knees and I have recommended Dr. Playford to him. This man has a kind heart and you can tell he cares a lot about kids, and understands the importance of school sports. I hope to spread the word and give other people a chance to meet this great group of people.

You need to go see Dr. Ellis! I have Tricare Prime and it was so easy to get my PCM changed to him. He addressed all the concerns I had regarding the health of my child. I would tell everyone about him if I could. The nurse I can't remember her name but she was so sweet, and really knew what she was doing. They also had an intern from one of the colleges and she was also very nice. The nice lady at the front window Casey was so helpful, she took time out to speak to me and that means alot and every time I call you can tell by her voice that she is smiling. This place has such a warm atmosphere! I feel so comfortable when I go in for follow ups!
