Dr. Moore is wonderful but is only one person and can do only so much. The staff here is rude, do not know how to handle financial business. I was told for months that I was military no I had to pay nothing, then I receive a bill for each of those visits. No explanation and I am still trying to get my account straightened out.

I.They are the nicest people i have ever had the pleasure of going to. The clinic is very busy,but hey the majority of people who go there have no insurance.So most of the people who go there are ungrateful, Dr. Moore and his staff are great.And remember he does Emergency too! He is the only doctor there,and most the idiots who go there can,t keep up with their appointment,so on top of his normal day.These people are doing walk-ins.And honestly I think most of them are drying to get meds, and hey if thats how he weeds them out.(great) I know personally when my daughter was sick, he took his time and help her,and for that our family was grateful So maybe some of you need to look outside the box,i mean REALLY!!! And yeah i had to wait sometimes,but most of all i was grateful to have a Dr. and his staff who gave a d--. Oh yeah and for all you people sitting out in the lobby with all your complaints. They knew who you were,and you know who you are too. I would much more rather see the same DR.every time I went then 5 different ones.It really sad people don't appreciate the help.I know I would rather have a DR. take his time with me and my health issues,than wam bam ,see ya! And we all know you can get that anywhere.But as for DR. Moore he is not one of those so called DR.S.So if you like that,go somewhere else..On any given day i was there they were not lacking ANY Patients.

Dr Moore and his wife are very good people. However, not everyone else is nice. They will make you wait up to 3 hours in the waiting room. I asked a person who works here about why they do this, she replied with a whisper " yeah I don't know why they do this but it seems like they do not care about it" ( i know this person)

The groups are un-informative. The person who runs them "Jim" knows NOTHING about substance abuse, uses threats and scare tactics. He is very biased, very opinionated! Anyone in this profession knows to leave their opinions at home. This guy often states things that are absolutely 100% incorrect! We go to group because we have to and most of us just tune him out. It is unfortunate but, this guy has no business in this profession and is more than likely doing more harm then good.

I arrived at 12:15 for a 1:00 appt for my 13 year old son. We sat in the waiting room for 2 hours without any staff saying anything to us. The staff was not dressed as if they even worked there. And all walked around like turtles laughing and carrying on without any concern to the peoples time that are there waiting. My 13 year old son had to listen to people cursing, being loud and talking about all the drugs they were on, which is very inappropiate for a 13 year old to hear. After sitting for 2 hours and nothing, I went into the nurse station (i guess thats what is was) and ask if they knew how much longer it would be. She rudley stated there were still a few in front of us, I said a few as in 2-3 or 6-7, because everyone that was there when we got there were still there. She stated she couldnt tell me that but just a few. So we said we would find a more professional place and doctor to take my son too. Never again would I go to this place or recommend it to anybody. Very un professional and rude and will leave you sitting for hours for a ten minute visit.

Probably the worst medical visit of my life. I came in as a new patient and had an appointment scheduled at 1 pm. I arrived at 12:45 to ensure I had everything I needed. I had completed the new patient packet by 1 and was told to wait in the lobby. I sat for 45 minutes while employees wandered aimlessly around the waiting area. At 1:45 I walked back into the reception area to ask how long it might be. The lady behind the desk acted like she had never seen me before had checked my name on a list like I had made a reservation at Applebee's. she told me the woman at the next desk just needed to make a copy of my packet then she could schedule me to see a doctor. I asked the woman at the next desk how long it might be before I could see a doctor. She responded by cocking her head to the side and stating in an aggressive tone "I'm bout to do it now." I cannot put into words the attitude she issued forth or the disrespect she intended and that I received. I simply was asking if it would be to much trouble if I could see a doctor sometime within the same hour that her organization scheduled me an appointment. I was shocked to say the least and began to walk out when I realized I had provided my social on the packet. I asked for it back and she laughed and ripped it off the clip board and handed it to me. I felt that I couldn't trust these people with my personal information due to this woman's attitude, how am I supposed to feel about their healthcare?

First let me say that Dr. Moore is nice but they only have one therapist. When I told the therapist I've been starving she said I'm fat and can't believe that. I told her I've got hypothyroidism but still she's very rude . I was attending their group therapy there and a van picked me up and would bring me home. When I said its ridiculous its 45 min late, the coordinator said I'm no longer welcome on the van and I'm now stranded with no way home. At that point I called him an " A" hole and he pushed me up against the wall and said he will beat my behind. I had to call the police. They made me wait in the street until a ride could come get me or they were going to get me for trespassing. The dr didn't give me anymore medicine until I could find a new dr. Horrible place that's abusive and unprofessional!!!!

Dr.Moore. is the kindest Dr,tht you could find.To get help or to talk to..Caring staff...

Dr. Moore is wonderful. He's the most compassionate Doctor I've ever known.
