you just lost a customer over a $17 HARNESS. If I had known you had a 2 week return policy I would have retuned it a week ago! By the way most stores give you 30 days! I will take my dogs to get groomed else where and buy my dog food else where! An in store exchange would have been the right thing to do. im glad you can afford to lose good customers.
