Dropped off vehicle first week of Sept.. I guess they fixed the problem. Went start vehicle the next day, Battery was dead. Tried to open hood and the hood latch wouldn't open hood. I had to take latch mechanism loose from bottom of dash & pull on it to open hood. Looked for my jumper cables in back seat & they were missing. Called on Monday and complained, They were the last ones to open the hood to work on car & open hood I asked if they could fix it. They plated dumb. They said it was working when they had it in shop. They didn't know what happened to jumper cables either. Don't take your vehicle there!
