From the telephone call to set up the appointment to the final wave goodbye out the door, it was a pleasant experience for both the dog and myself. The poor little dog that I found was in great need of grooming and Linda did her best by shaving my little friend, getting rid of all of the matting and dirt on my little friend, but it didn't stop there, she gave her a medicated bath and the final trim job on the cute little Shih Tzu was amazing, she looked like a new dog and the price did not break the bank.
