Fails to communicate. First time I met with him despite repeated requests to do so was 20 minutes before my hearing! He pads his billable hours and I found him unethical with regard to his explanation of law. He refuses to reply to most emails or answers with one sentence. He refuses to respond to billing inquires despite repeated attempts by me to inquire by mailed letters, fax, and finally tracked Priority Mail. All were ignored. No case updates. Unprepared for hearing and admitted same to judge in open court and on the record. Charged exorbitant fees for reviewing emails, travel to courthouse, and four appearances.

Will run up your bill, no cumunication with him until court day. I felt he didn't do a thing for me, just took my money. Pay for a real lawyer and not this guy.

This law office isn't even worth rating. Spoke with a Kerri or Terry, don't really care what her name was because she has got to be the RUDEST, MOST IGNORANT person I have ever talked to..Needed a lawyer in the area..Why this Law Office would want her talking to clients or potential clients is beyond me. I called trying to find out information and I have never been treated the way she treated me and she hung up on me..Would never recommend this Law firm to ANYONE EVER!!!! Wonder how many potential clients this place has lost...

I wish they had a review on him when I choose him. I was desperate and didn't know who to turn to. I regret this decision so much. He sits in his office, overflowing with books. His dog walks around the office. I feel sorry for the dog. If laing is attentive to this dog as he was to my case... Poor dog. Please beware. I wish I knew how his practice was then.

Beware. Run far away. You will be disappointed. He is slow and doesn't communicate. He will run your bill up and make up that he spent time on your case. Beware

He will take your money and do nothing. Beware. He sits in his cramped office full of books that are most likely there for show. His dog, that sits in the office too, seems more intelligent than him. Beware
