Beware of this store! If you order by phone, they take your money and don't contact you or deliver what ever it was you ordered!

Audiovox's Locate a Dealer selection guided me to these guys when I was shopping for a Prestige APS997E. I called on Sept 24, 2014 and someone promptly answered the phone politely. I made my order and only got a digital receipt from Square Up. I was told to call back the following day (Sept 25, 2014) for my tracking info but when I did there was no answer. I had been calling them practically every day and have only managed to get someone on the phone Oct 3rd 2014 and Oct 7 2014, both times I was told to call back the next day then was hung up on hastily.

By Oct 11, 2014 I still have not gotten my product (I live in Wentzville, MO) and I was done with the games and began seeking legal representation to get my money back and take my business elsewhere to a more reputable store.

I've contacting the BBB, Attorney General, my Visa, and Square Up! (They use Square Up)

Was sold an amp that they told me was perfect for my subs. My subs are 4 ohms and the amp was 2 ohms only. Fried my voice coils within the first 5 minutes.

these people are bad business they quote you one price and it end up being something different and instead of saying they cant do something, they do a rush job or rig and end up messing up your car. my tv wont even stay up in my car and on top of that they try to charge you to fix what they messed up. someone else car they left parts off of and then didnt know where they was at. never go here if you can help it.
