I purchased a prom dress for my daughter at Bridal Elegance. They had a great selection and the staff was exceptional! Her date rented his tuxedo there as well. As it turned out, prom was postponed due to a snow storm. Bridal Elegance didn’t disappoint — a tuxedo was available for the new date at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend!

My dress shopping experience was just what I expected it to be. Frustrating. Then I found this shop and the perfect dress, ordered it, had it fitted, and voila...happy camper. Good experience!

I LOVED my shopping experience at Bridal Elegance. I had all the service help I wanted, plus I could do my own browsing, come up with ideas from the dresses on the racks or in pictures, show them to the the sales associate and get help finding more 'like' styles.



If you want to be catered to, you can play princess and sit on the comfy furniture and have items brought to you. If you want to be independent, you can browse, and if you want to be quick in and out, you can tell them what you want and they will send you information online, in the mail or over the phone!

We went every bridal boutique in the Fox Valley.. and this was by far the least helpful, but that isn't nessicarily a bad thing... to each your own. While most boutiques assigned you a consultant that would pull the dresses, make suggestions, help you in to the dress and just be helpful... Bridal Elegance did not. You simply walk in to a warehouse style set-up of racks and racks of dresses in their garment bags... you then pull the dresses you like and try them on yourself... if you are looking for a very hands-off, low pressure place.. this is your spot! However.. it can be a bit overwelming, so while this place is worth a shot.. I would not make this your first stop as you do not get the pampered, special bride feeling when you have to do it all yourself. :) and... bring a friend or family member becuase getting in and out of the gowns is tough on your own! :)

Wow what an extremely awesome place to deal with for my wedding. I have had to do a rush buying spree as I got in engaged on July 9th, we set a date 2 weeks later which happened to be November 12th. Try getting dresses in 3 1/2 months, not easy but Bridal Elegance has helped me the whole way through this. I got my dress and it's absolutely beautiful and it was $500 cheaper than another local bridal business. The owner Lu Ann has been awesome and so has her staff. My dress only needed one alteration. They have been checking on my bridesmaid dresses to make sure they come in on time and even helped me color match for tuxes since I am getting married in Indiana and the guys tuexes are all ordered in a different state. I walk into the store and it's nice to be recognized as a familiar face. I wouldn't do it anyother way than to order through Bridal Elegance!!!!!
