BUYER BEWARE!!! I called all 4 of the Auto Glass of America's to get a quote for replacing my backglass on my SUV. All 4 told me a different price but the Knoxville store was 3X more than their Chattanooga store and the most expensive out of all 4. I even received 2 different quotes from the Knoxville store with the second one being $85 more than the first....FOR THE SAME glass and job!!! They will basically charge you whatever they feel like at the moment!!!! Luckily I found someone who would do the same job with the same warranty and the same day for $450 less!!!!!!!!

While driving along Interstate 40 a rock chipped my windshield. I immediately drove to Auto Glass of America, had the chip repaired, and continued my journey. About 10 miles down the road the epoxy blew out of the repaired site. When I returned to Auto Glass of America I was told that this sometimes happens. They would not refund my money. Interesting business concept: Do bad work and keep the customers money. I want to be in that business.....NOT. Save your money and don't go to this business.

On March 8, 2013, my wife drove my Hyundai Sonata to Autoglass of America Knoxville and had a small rock chip in the middle of the windshield repaired at 10:45am. She did not witness the repair because the car was pulled into their garage area. After the windshield was repaired, pulled out into the parking lot and the service was paid, she approached the car toward the driver door and examined the windshield from outside and then inside the car and witnessed a standard repair. She then went to work and drove home at 5pm. At 6:30pm, I exited my house to review the windshield repair approaching from the passenger side. While still several feet away from the car, I immediately noticed an area of several scratches at the top of the hood near the windshield covering an area of approximately 4 x 8 inches. These scratches were not on the car Thursday night and my car is kept in a secure garage. This was Friday evening, so I called Autoglass first thing Monday morning to explain the facts. I spoke to John the manager and he continued to interrupt my explanation, became very emotional and denied they could have done anything to my car. On my fourth attempt to explain the facts he finally let me finish and asked me to bring the car in and we agreed on March 13 at 8:30am. I arrived on time and he met me at my car as I exited it. He immediately saw the scratches and began denying they could have done it. This time was almost a repeat of the phone call. He became very emotional and wouldn't let me finish my explanation of the facts. After asking him several times to let me finish, on my fifth attempt he let me explain the facts again. He agreed the irregular (going several different directions) scratches near the windshield were probably caused by a person instead of weather or road debris. However, he refused to accept any responsibility and stated the scratches must have been on the hood prior to them working on it. He again stated they didn't do it, but he was sorry it happened.

The rearview mirror came un-gl...

The rearview mirror came un-glued from the windshield of my Toyota Highlander on a really hot day last weekend.

I waited 3 hours at Toyota of Knoxville one afternoon this week - they finally came out at 6:15PM and said they just can't get it re-attached.

I went to AutoGlass on Lovell Rd the next morning on the way to work ... very very friendly and professional staff, and a comfortable waiting area ... 5 minutes and the job was done, and no charge!! I wish I had reason to shop there more often.

Outstanding Service and Workmanship

Auto Glass of America was spoken very highly of by the local Mercedes Dealership. They referred me to them and the experience was fantastic. I simply told them what I needed, dropped my car off and thay gave me a ride to work. They did an exceptional job and I give them 5 stars.
