When I first started using this laundry it was spotless and now it has chaged management the place is a mess. It is no longer clean some of the washer are broke down and the new staff act as if your doing them a favor by using the facility. They aren't courteous are eager to help you. I was in there one day and a new customer came in and asked how to use the system the manager turned around she was sitting down she never got up and told the customer do what it says, you have to read in here, I thought that was so rude. The place is just not the same any more. The other staff was so much friendlier.
