My complaint is three fold. First, I was charged double the quoted price. When asked why, Fox Moving claimed to have moved things l didn't even own, punching bags, weights etc.??? (The driver of the truck asked me how to get to my new home without going by the weigh station.) When we refused to pay their inflated premium, they threatened to call the police to my new home. In hind sight, I should have let them. I was the one who was getting robbed!
Second, they damaged almost every piece of furniture they touched. As an example of their professionalism, they bubble wrapped my 57" Wahoo and 52" Amberjack (sport fish from Key West) and shoved them into one cardboard box. I was charged $48 extra for this service. Finally, despite numerous calls and emails, they refuse to furnish me with the $250 "full coverage" insurance policy they sold me the day of my move. Do yourself a favor, call Eddie at Gouffon Moving and Storage. They are the ones who finished this move. Very professional and you get charged the quoted price!
