A poor experience doesn't do it justice. Both the owner and the young mechanic have serious anger issues. I had a flat tire fixed there that went flat again the next day(and they used my tire plug kit in the car without asking- I was planning on returning the kit but couldn't once he ripped it open without asking me). I asked for discount or partial refund and they denied. Once I asked why, the son got extremely aggressive, cursing at me and eventually punched the door of my car(mind you as I was driving away). There were a lot of people there to witness this. There are several other community car shops that deserve your money a whole lot more. I hope Kar Kare can see reviews like this constructive and learn how to treat people with respect.
This is in regard to the Broadway shop.

Not only did they complete my exhaust to my spec's, but they went beyond their normal duties and completed a finishing touch to the exhaust that I was going to do myself...at no additional charge! The exhaust system looks as good as it sounds, and they backed it with a lifetime warranty for as long as I own the vehicle. Couldn't ask for anything better; and it's about half the price of area competitors.
