Hospital AffiliationsOur surgeons are affiliated with Turkey Creek Medical Center, Physicians Surgery Center, and Park West Medical Center. Medical Records Requests All medical records and X-rays are the property of OrthoKnox. Medical records can be transferred to another physician or medical facility with the completion of appropriate authorization forms. A 24-hour advance notice is required for patients to pick up medical records.
