Advantage repaired my RV windshield seal that had come out of the frame.

I wish I could choose 0 stars.... Had a 2 inch leak in the back window of my F150 so I brought it in. They charged a reasonable price and I got the truck back next day. All is great, right? WRONG. The following day it rained and we learned that there was now a leak along the ENTIRE top of rear window. Called and they promised to fix it again. I was given a managers number and told to drop it off on a Sunday night and someone would meet me there to pull it in and they would fix it first thing Monday morning. However, when we showed up at the agreed time, I was told to "throw the keys in the glove box" and leave the truck in their parking lot UNLOCKED OVERNIGHT! When I said I did not feel comfortable doing that I received a series of rude texts saying they "do it all the time." So the next day, dropping it off during normal business hours, I brought my truck back in for the third time. Picked it up that evening and, big surprise, it still leaks. When we picked it up, there were MUDDY FOOTPRINTS on my leather seats and on both doors. No attempt to even clean up had been made. There is major staining on the headliner due to the most recent leaking. This damage has been appraised at over $1000. So I originally brought my truck in with $100 worth of damage. Three weeks later, it still is not fixed and we have over $1000 worth of damage.

Work quality is excellent. Scheduling and actually getting the job completed when promised not so good in my case. Folks are nice but I was left high and dry when a tint job that had been scheduled for a month didn't happen because the tinter didn't come in. This right before a trip we had planned.

I had a windshield replaced here a few months ago and the service wasn't too bad. I was going to go back to have my windows tinted...until today. Today I was behind one of their vans at an intersection. The driver had ample opportunity to make his turn but wasn't going, so I peeped my horn. It was just that, a peep, not an obnoxious blast or anything like that. The driver responded by flipping me off! I called the number prominently displayed on the back of the van and spoke to a manager. The manager made no attempt to apologize for his drivers actions and said I shouldn't have been honking. Its not like I was looking to get the guy fired, I just wanted them to tell the guy that flipping people off is not a good way to represent your business. Since this is apparently the way the manager wants his employees to treat potential customers, I will NOT be going back!!!

Excellent company service. They go out of their way to help. I would absolutely recommend Tavis and folks at the shop.

Someone smashed out my window on my passenger side, I called around town and Advantage Auto Glass and Trim quoted me with the best price. They fixed that for me SAME DAY!! Very fast service. They were so friendly here that I decided to ask a few questions. They matched some tinting for me for a GREAT price, and also fixed a pesky problem with my automatic window on my driver side. After they did my tint, I did have one small problem, but I told them about it and they also fixed that the same day!!! I called them up, and the guy who fixed it got on the phone and even explained the problem to me and apologized for it, which was completely unexpected. The two girls up front were very nice, and did a great job. I definitely trust these guys here to work on my vehicle again. 5 Stars for everyone at Advantage Auto Glass and Trim!!!
