I have found the quality of Lane Bryant's clothes has gone down, especially for the prices. I bought several pair of capris and the waist hooks ripped off the material. I realize I am heavy, but that is why I shop at Lane Bryant. I have several shirts/blouses that have lost their shape after a couple of washings and ALL of the jewelry I've purchased tarnishes immediately.
