If you're looking for a dry cleaners w/ professional and courteous staff who can enter your name correctly in their computer to locate your items, then you might think twice before using Executive Cleaners located at North Plantation Square. I was a new customer who came to not only to pick up items, but leave more. Once I was told that they didn't have any items under my name, I showed the receipt which incorrectly spelled my name and the young lady, who took her precious time to serve, didn't even offer an apology for their error. I realize that anyone can make a mistake, but courteous and professional staff also know to apologize for errors made. So when I asked " no apology", I was told it was my fault for first not showing the ticket. I'd think good dry cleaning wouldn't mean a thing if you're items can be located w/o a ticket or if you felt as tough you were wasting the staff's time by simply coming to pick up your drying cleaning.
