      Horrible, Danny the manager is horrible in customer service. They ruined my coat, gave me the run around for about a month and a half. Refused to take responsibility for ruining my coat, arrogantly mocked me when I told him I was going call BBB, he mockingly asked if I needed the number.

      08/26/11 Hi Dan..this is Mehl Pruitt...I am in the Philippines since 8/19/2011 and I am so sorry that I totally forgot to mail my payment before I left. Please forgive me but I will take care of it as soon as I get back to the States, which will be Monday, August 29(?). I came her for our high school reunion. Again, please forgive me.
