My haorstylist moved, so I had the challenge of trying to find a stylist that is just as amazing. Well, I didn't find them at Duncan Noble. The stylist did the worst layers I have ever had and gave my hair a weird box type shape. No movement at all. So I went back for her to correct it and she actually made it worse! I went to 2 other salons before being able to correct her mess and now with much shorter hair made the vow to never step foot in Duncan Noble. I called several times asking to speak with a manager only to get called and chewed out by the stylist. She actually argued that there was nothing wrong with the cut and that she would not be refunding me. She was very rude and unprofessional. Go to the Fixx instead would be my recommendation.

I too, was quoted around $60 for a facial. My **final** bill = $333.27 !! As they suggested I "needed more procedures" based on what they were "discovering" about my skin during tha facial. I GOT TOOK!!!!! Avoid them !!

This business quoted my daughter a price of "around $60" then told her the cost of her treatment was $250 AFTER they did the work. They knew they were working with a 20 year old having limited funds, they knew she was worried about the cost in advance because she requested a quote first, but they did not take the time to explain the cost structure completely. My suggestion is you avoid this place unless you're made of money and you don't mind being lied to about cost. The hair treatment was not what was promised either. I can't explain how uppity the attitude of these women was. Don't patronize this place, you'll not regret it.
