We have used Wet Dog Grooming once a month for 10 years for our 5 dogs. They are the only groomer I will ever use. The dogs love their spa day. I know they are safe, spoiled and happy.
Wet Dog is self contained with water and electricity. Also climate controlled. No hook ups to my house.
The dogs get pretty bows and smell so good.
We have used Wet Dogs since 2010!! Our Maltese Hemi loved David. Every January we go over our schedule for the year. Never missed an appointment and always called ahead to find out home or office. When Hemi passed away and we got our baby Wrigley they were very nice and prompt introducing Wrigley to his new grooming routine!! David was very nice and helpful in accommodating Hemi's health issues! Will definitely recommend them and I will never use someone else!!!
Used this service for 3 years, because our dog hates car riding. You will NEVER EVER get them to answer a phone. You must call them for several days, several times a day to finally get a call back. They missed one appt. completely and did not even bother to apologize. When I finally reached them, they said, "Oh, yeah, sorry about that. Everyone makes mistakes." Apparently they have no clue that you must answer the phone if you want to keep customers. NEVER use this service. We were okay with the cut, although I have seen that most aren't. Expensive to boot. Go elsewhere. The convenience of at home grooming is not worth the time it takes to reach these people. Apparently this is not a real business to them.
Would NOT recommend this service. The hair cut was terrible, choppy, and left long chunks of hair. What's even worse is they scratched my dogs cornea and had EXTREMELY POOR customer service when I called to tell about the scratched cornea. I really give zero stars but you have to have at least 1 star. It's been 4 weeks and my dog is still in pain.
