      Horrible Company in every way.

      Were very unprofessional with customer service and very sloppy in the way they repaired the appliances. They have an F rating with the BBB (should have found this out before calling them). They broke the washer drain pan (a $10 piece) and refused to repair. After calling several times and NEVER returning our calls, the receptionist and the owner were very rude and basically blow off our complaints. After finally getting a hold of them, the just told me to fix it myself. I even asked them, what if you would have broken the closet door and they stuck to their "policy" of not repairing anything they break in the process. Do not call this company unless you are expecting poor service. Just remember that they have an "F" rating. Apparently, were are not first they have disappointed.
