Provided by YPmobileWe went there based on the reviews, but what a mistake that was. It took them 20 mins to acknowledge our presence in their restaurant and they weren't even busy. The food was cold and didn't taste anything like good Indian food, we ordered from the menu but there was not much choice in the buffet either. The restaurant itself was clean, that's the only reason I thought they deserve a star!

Provided by DexKnowsThe restaurant has nice deco and the service is far better then most India restaurant. I have eaten in many Indian restaurants but the food here is well below standard. The presentation of the food is nice but when it comes down to the taste sorry not there. The garlic naan is a joke, the curry dish is nothing but boiled food with some spice added, the chicken is large chunks with no real taste. The place looks real nice and the service is there but if your looking for Indian food its not here. Visited on 9/20/2010

Provided by YP.comClearly the best Indian food in Las Vegas. Not like some other INdian restaurants, this place is a true restaurant. Nice chairs, tables, servers in nice attire and ties, great lighting. Upscale but not pretentious. The owner, Mr. Raja, is one of the best guys in the town at making you feel like family when you come to dinner. And the food is just better than any Indian food we've ever had. It's presented in a sophisticated fashion but still has all the Indian spices and flavors you'd want. We go at least once a week!

Provided by DexKnowsI highly, highly, highly recommend Origin India! Their food is exquisite and the service is impeccable. The atmosphere is romantic and modern, with beautiful exotic music that sends one into a deep relaxing experience. This is my favorite place to go on date night and the waiters always remember mine and my families name and what table we like. They also always use fresh and organic ingredients, including cage free chickens. They offer educated wine list and full bar with an with a fantastic bartender, try the Mango-Tini...they're perfect for the hot Vegas summers.######If you are a local it's sure to become your favorite place too. If you are visiting Las Vegas make it a point to dine at Origin India, I promise, you'll thank me.######You can also see Origin India on Rachael Ray's new show "Rachael's Vacation" airing on the Food Network in late August, early September!
