STAY AWAY!!!! The vet refused to see me or talk to me when picking up my dog to answer questions about my concern. They refused to provide me the records of alleged "findings". They refused to give me the name or contact info of the General Manager. They refused to give me information about who owned the practice. They charged me for a surgery drug I was not asked or told about. If you have integrity and nothing to hide, why refuse to give out information when asked? Take your pet somewhere else. Bringing mine to this dumpster fire of an organization was a huge mistake.

!!TERRIBLE!! UNACCEPTABLE!! 10:30 appointment 12/13. Waited an hour and still nothing. Been a customer for 8 years bringing all the rescues here and never had ANY issues until. Dr. D sold the practice. Shortly after Dr. Vanderwalt was there and she was great also. Now that they are gone, THE PLACE IS A TOTAL DISASTER! Scheduling when they don't have time to see us?? I was told today that they were too busy to help and I can leave if I wanted. I can't believe this treatment after they are the ones that scheduled me for 10:30am appointment. Unprofessional, walked in they were confused on why we were there?? I said this is the white english bulldog that has a 10:30 appointment today. Oh says the receptionist, I just wasn't sure? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!! OVERALL WAS SOLID, NOW (LAST 4 VISITS) HAVE BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! NO EXCUSES

Honest review here, went in for a cat constipation issue, appt was at 11, was there before 10:45, got seen at 11:30. Vet and assistant were great. The only thing is they kept "forgetting" that the first exam was supposed to be free...and I had to remind them 3 times over the course of the visit. I'm satisfied with the level of service though, so I will be sticking with them...I have plans to bring my cat back and get her shots up to date, boarded for a few days, and hopefully fix the constipation issue if the Lactulose doesn't resolve it.
