Hello I take my children there and we are very happy with the service. They are timely, have great customer service and are welcoming. Great location and easy parking. Overall great experience when there.

I made an appointment 1 week in advance yet when I got there I was told that my appointment was an hour later. The guy at the front counter wrote down the wrong time for the fourth time. I was not ever offered any type of complementary service. I tried talking to them about this issue but that made things worse because they are married. He is a true "donkey" rude and stupid. She is starting to behave cold and indifferent to me but warm and welcoming to other clients.
