Disgusted with the product and the service. The installed wood floor did not look like the sample I was shown by the salesman, Jose, who tried to make excuses for the quality. Next the polyurethane coating is so thin that less than a year later it is beginning to peel. This was an expensive project and the floor looks terrible!! I contacted the owner and she was no help at all. I recently went to Carpet Spectrum for carpeting and was very satisfied. I regret not using them for the wood floor as well.
