The only reason I give it this high of a rating is because of the dark haired younger man that TRIED to help me. He was doing an exceptional job with me until the old one BUTTED in. In the 3 trips I took there,I left that place feeling like I wanted to HIT something, or break something--very flustered!! I actually feel sorry for that young man, having to work with someone like that. He is MUCH braver than I!He(the owner) REALLY should get someone ELSE to deal with the customers out front. He will probably lose business if he keeps going out front.Very condescending, does NOT listen worth a darn, except to himself,and won't let you finish a sentence.Very RUDE!I WILL NOT be sending ANYone there. I'd really rather go to Salt Lake City in a traffic jammed blizzard! I am thinking he really,REALLY needs someone else to greet the public. I just had to say SOMETHING-GEEEEZE!I didn't want to do any more of this in fear it might take away from the young man, like being laidoff or something.
