Just want to give a shout out to the office staff and technician, Matt, for quickly arranging to come to my home today to replace a broken water heater. Literally from the time I called to the time Matt arrived was less than an hour. I'm no novice at plumbing and was impressed with Matt's work. I was getting the run around elsewhere and the Smedley staff stepped up. You've definitely got my continued business and will gladly refer you to others. Thank you!!
They replaced my old water heater during an extremely busy period over the Columbus Day holiday. When the old water heater went out, they were the first company to fit me into their schedule. The bid was reasonable, even better than other companies I contacted. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
Everyone was so great, hardworking, pleasant and efficient. I had a lot of questions about all of it and the guys were very patient and gladly answered all of them. I am really enjoying my new furnace and AC, thanks again TO ALL OF YOU for the great service.

The technician that installed our new water heater, Mike was really great. He was extremely polite and did excellent work. I would recommend Smedley to friends and family.
He arrived 15 minutes early and finished on schedule. Did exactly what he said he would do, and was very careful not to damage anything. He cleaned up after himself and took all the old pipe with him. I have already recommended him to others. It was a

My experience was so great. It was the most stress free repair I have gone through. The price was not made up from thin air and very reasonable. It took 2 men to get the job done and they did it with teamwork and professionalism. I hope I never have to do another repair in my plumbing ever again and if I do, I want the 2 men who did my last repair to come back. I trust them very much! Thank you for a job well done.
