We went on a Saturday evening and man, was it busy. But we didn't have to wait too long. Our food was excellent! All four of us really enjoyed our food. I can't wait to go back!

The restaurant is nice and clean inside and the staff are pleasant. The free chips and salsa is a nice added touch and taste good!. However, the fajita meat is so fake (it really tastes a lot like the fake Fajita meat marinated in those pre-package pouches with chicken or beef in them from Kroger. Definitely too soft to be fresh steak and/or chicken -- taste weird! Not an authentic Mexican restaurant that's for sure!! If you like easy fake Mexican food -- this is your restaurant. It is pricey for what you get. It's sad when you think the food at Rosa's Café down the street taste better than what you got! Anyhow, they are definitely are taking short cuts -- which more than likely the majority of people probably don't even notice if they never had real Mexican food before! However, they can't fool me, because I know what yummy authentic Mexican food should taste like. My suggestion for the managers at Fresco's Mexican Restaurant is to buy fresh meat and marinate it themselves, and have it grilled the authentic Mexican way, or else more people will stop eating there. I will try it again in a couple of months to see if they actually are starting to grill fresh meat -- not using that fake pre-package crap. :-)
