I called ahead to order lunch and again this location has not lived up to my expectations. After waiting 10 minutes for the order, i asked the person behind the counter, how much longer for my order, he searched and found that the order had already been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes! Had I not asked, I would still be waiting for the order. So Unorganized...When I called the store manager he stated, "sorry" and left it at that. I know Jason's is a large company, but they need to care about the customers that they disappoint, 1 bad customer will tell 15-20 about the poor service!

The food is supposed tp be trans-fat -free. every thing is made to order and tastes fresh. Their salad bar is fresh and ample.
