My experience at Ellynne Bridal was unfortunately very much similar to other brides that have given Lynne and her staff negative reviews either on this site or elsewhere. I wish I would have done my research prior to driving to Lincoln from Omaha to only find the perfect dress. I'm not sure the lack of customer service afterwards was worth it. Given the amount spent at their establishment, one would expect at least a small modicum of appropriate follow through and follow up with customer service. Long story short for me, is that I put forth at least 85% of the effort in contacting Ellynne Bridal. I received very little communication in return, and when I expressed as much to the owner, I was only met with defensiveness, hostility, and contempt. As an individual, I work in an extremely high-stress environment. Conflict is something I handle on a daily basis. Therefore, in my personal opinion, the situation was handled as carefully and tactfully as possible. I expressed what I was looking for and even complimented what I could of Lynne, her staff, and the establishment. However, this was to little avail. Ultimately, my request was rudely declined, and Lynne was completely unprofessional. It shocks me Ellynne Bridal remains in business. I hope future brides are smarter than myself and do the research before choosing Ellynne Bridal for their gowns.
