Hello, I am VERY CONCERNED about the Lincoln, NE location! Seriously!!!! Von Maur is my most favorite place to shop, I love the selection and it is an upscale store where upper class people shop. COMPLAINT!!! What has happened to this location/store???? When I go there now I feel like I'm SOUTH OF THE BORDER!!!! The class of the employees that are working there has really gone down!!! FYI - I know a lot of people that shop there and they all feel the same. Mr. VonMaur or upper corporate management really needs to go in there and get Von Maur back to the classy place people want it to be. I still shop there even though I don't feel the Lincoln store is what it use to be. The employees use to know people by name and same for the shoppers knowing or having a sales clerk they can count on. I have lived and shopped at Von Maur in Kansas City and Tulsa, they are nothing like Lincoln! Lincoln needs improvements!!! DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!

What an odd store. Small-ish location catering to upper class clientele with a list of luxury labels. Struck by how similar it appears inside to a circa-2000 Nordstrom. Sales staff is, indeed, chilly. Central grand piano and all. Not a typical mall department store. Worth a visit if you don't mind the stink eye. They were all so disappointed when I said I was just looking. Happy to see an independent retailer survive the Macy's onslaught, though. Whoever thought to dress the exterior as a colonial Virginia "big-box"? Very strange, indeed.

I honestly hate going into this store simply because every single time and let me emphasise that EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in every employee makes me feel uncomfortable. My family and I went in today and I swear every look we got was a sneer and to top things off two ladies that worked there followed us around as if we were going to steal something. I don't know what kind of business they are trying to run there but I will NEVER go in there again. If I could I go would give it negative stars but alas that I can not do.

A classy store with nice over-all selection, with outstanding attention to service!
