I've used Furry Friends services for a number of years, and I value the services that Anita offers. She is very caring, and she treats my cockers with gentleness and respect. She let me know one time that my male cocker wasn't normal when he was groomed. I took him to the vet, and I found out that the dog had pain from a crick in his body. The crick was easily treated, and my cocker recovered quickly. I am grateful to Anita for letting me know that something wasn't right with my buddy. Thank you, Anita, for your services. The staff is awesome. Anita and her staff have taken care of our dogs for over 10 years and they have always treated them like they were there on pets. All 3 of our dogs love to go get pampered and spoiled.

Have taken my dog there twice. First experience was great, they did a great job but I wasn't there to see how they treated her. Second time, I walked in a little early, I saw them put her on the high grooming table, "security loop" around her neck, turned their back and my dog fell off the table, bouncing off the trashcan on the way down. My dog weighs 6 lbs., and it terrified her. She put my dog back on the table, turned the loud vac on, my dog was struggling and whining while being physically restrained and spoken to harshly when she whined. It was horrifying. It was more than I could bear. She showed absolutely NO remorse for how she treated my dog. As if that weren't bad enough when we got home, my dog obviously had not had sufficient water, she drank for a very long time. We are done, so cruel. We will NEVER, EVER trust them with our dog again.

i called to make an appointment and the owner was so rude. She must have been having a bad day and I could hear a lot of dogs barking in background. She took my number and said she would call and never heard back from her. taking my business elsewhere.

This new facility, managed by experienced staff is bright and cheerful. My dogs left after their grooms and were in high spirits. I definitely recommend this shop!
