Traveled with Little Rock Tours & Travel last weekend for the Texas A&M v. Arkansas game in Dallas. They are a first-rate company and know how to schedule a fun filled weekend trip. Cary was our tour leader and was very attentive to our needs and preferences. Our accommodations met our expectations. The safety of the passengers were a top priority with them.
I just had the most wonderful week-end get away to Nashville, Tn where we were toured to all the best, it was a fun filled 3-4 days. Everything about this trip was top rated, coach service so comfortable (half of the fun is right there), hotel was great, can't say enough for Little Rock Tours & their services. Our driver Ken made us feel so safe, he was so professional yet FUN, Haleigh our tour guide was so good, we all just loved everything about this trip, great job LITTLE ROCK TOURS & TRAVEL, Gina Martin & Cary, looking forward to next trip.
Mr. Moreland was Fan followed by Tastic!! He conducted himself in a very professional manner and was very kind as well as polite. He gave us a courtesy call before promptly meeting us at the Marriott. Defiantly a great experience for sure. I will recommend him and your company to any and everyone. An Aces rating for sure!
We just returned from our trip to Pigeon Forge, TN. Our tour guide, Cindy was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a wonderful time and got our money's worth. She was very flexible in the itinerary to accommodate everyone. I highly recommend Little Rock Tours for a fun, relaxing, low-stress get away!
I am having the Worst experience ever. On Wednesday morning June 17th the bus was inoperable tire was low which made us 2 hrs behind & have to wait in the sun . KENNY is/was the driver..& now on the way back home(June 19th) the other bus is now inoperable. Horrible experience. I feel I should be reimburse for this unprofessionalism. Which again is putting us behind time. This was a Trip from HELL. You guys will be getting many more complaints, b/c It's some Very Unhappy people on this trip. Again this was my 1st & last experience w/Little Rock Tours...this experience deserves NO STARS...
Regarding the charter June 17th... our motorcoach suffered from two road punctures, one at the beginning of the trip, and one on the way home... a very unusual situation. Both punctures were caused by nails or screws in the roadway. Both "good" tires were replaced with brand new tires. The staff responded quickly using reputable tire vendors. Safety is the number one concern at our company. We regret the inconvenience the tire punctures caused. We get a 98% positive approval rate from our customers, and we appreciate the many patient riders who responded with nice notes about the professionalism of our driver and staff!
My family would like to thank Little Rock Tours for such wonderful service! Barry, our driver, was wonderful and very accommodating to us. Our family reunion trip to New Orleans was awesome! We love travleing with Little Rock Tours! God Bless.
