Excellent customer service. I went there and they did such a good job and didn't recommend a ton of work. They were honest and prompt with the service. I sent my wife for her change and they were as courteous and honest with her as they were with me. Highly recommend!

Quick,to the point, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need and inexpensive. Pretty great oil changing experience overall. Definitely going back.

The last reviewer wrote that the employees at this store were rude and as true as this may be, "Rude" is a word further down on the list compared to the words that I have for this shop. If you enjoy to be accused of neglecting your car and getting yelled at for neglecting your car, then you might like going to Big Ray's Quick Lube on Newburgh Rd. in Livonia!



I haven't been in there in a couple of months so I didn't have the pleasure of meeting up with the staff that is working there right now but my girlfriend did. No sooner did she pull out of their store did she call me to tell me what just happened to her. She hadn't been into Big Ray's in 17,000 miles so they assumed that she hadn't changed her oil in that many miles and started yelling at her. I'm no car expert but I believe that an engine would seize up if you didn't change the oil for that long but yet, she was able to pull it in today and get assaulted by the staff. For the most part, it was the manager of the joint doing most of the jawing but the employees were adding things here and there. After yelling at her for neglecting her car, they continued on by saying that she's never changed the gas filter and got yelled at some more for this. She made sure to yell back at them to say that she just had it done at the dealership a short while ago. They then accused the dealership of lying to her.



If it wasn't for the fact that they already pulled the oil pan plug and drained the oil, she would have pulled right back out and gone somewhere else.



Please be warned that you will be treated horribly by a person who either has no clue on how to treat a customer or he's trying to drive business away. Whatever the case, I would avoid this store!

I will NEVER go back to this Big Rays. The people were so rude and overpriced! 33 dollars for just an oil change. Then he was trying to get me to buy every item they had even though i just had those items replaced. I have never had such bad service!!
