      Aggrievating encounter

      I needed my problem diagnosed accurately and then fixed. The Steves misdiagnosed the problem and then charged me over $100 for the privilege. Single woman? Older woman? Might I recommend you pass on the opportunity for the Steves to mistreat you, too.

      Quick, Fair and Honest

      Steve showed up on time, fixed my issues quickly and completely, gave me some tips on maintenance I could do myself, and charged me a fair price. Friendly yet no nonsense. Would recommend to a friend without hesitation.

      Very Expensive Service, $800/hour rate

      We had our broken drainage in crawl spaces fixed by Steve's technican, the bill is $4125, but totally take 4.5 hours by single person
